CHILDREN / YOUTH
Our Sunday school program meets in the Education Building, following the Message for Children, for children and students ages 3 through 6th grade. For more information, please see Debbie Grob or Marian Latz.
The Church also provides a Nursery service for infants and children through age 5 during the Worship Service. It is located through the left door off the coffee room
MAKE A JOYFUL HARMONY by adding your vocal talent to our choir. All are welcome. Rehearsals are Wednesday nights at 7:00pm and Sunday mornings at 9:30am in the church.
We also offer a Contemporary Music Group that performs monthly during Sunday Service.
ACTIVITIES \ EVENTS
SOUPER BOWL OF CARING – Help fight hunger locally Sunday, February 4th, by bringing in food contributions and placing donations in our soup pots. All proceeds will be given to the Center for Food Action.
LAY RECOGNITION DINNER – This year, we are honoring Bob and Diane Adler at a special event sponsored by our Regional Synod on Friday, March 9th, in Somerset, NJ. If you would like to participate, please see the bulletin board for more details and/or to sign up to join in the celebration. Reservations are due by February 4th.
TAIWAN TRAVELOGUE – Join with our guide, Jonathan Gohlich, as he takes us on a tour of an amazing island nation, just larger than NJ, filled with modern cities and traditional Chinese temples. Our virtual trip and fellowship pot-luck lunch embarks on Sunday, February 11th, following worship. Please see the bulletin board for more information and to sign up!
CONSISTORY – will meet on Monday, February 12th at 7:00pm.
BIBLE STUDY – For the season of Lent, and beginning on Tuesday, February 13th, we are starting a new DVD-based Bible study entitled, “The Last Days of Jesus” at 7:30pm in the coffee room.
GUY’S BREAKFAST OUT – Our next gathering is scheduled for Saturday, February 17th. Meet at the Ramsey IHOP at 8:00am for a time of fellowship and good food.
MISSION – Mission Sunday is February 18th. The mission for February is the Reformed Church Home.
LADIES’ FELLOWSHIP – Our next gathering will be on Sunday, February 18th, after worship. For a change, we will be eating out at the Horizon Diner. Ladies of all ages and their friends are invited.
SOUP FOR YOU – We are continuing our soup fundraiser through the cold months to help keep us warm. If you would like to order, please use the insert in the bulletin or this link. Orders are due February 22nd for pick-up on March 2nd.
HOCKEY FELLOWSHIP – Mark your calendars for a fun night out at West Point on Saturday, February 24th, to watch the Army Black Knights skate against the Sacred Heart Pioneers at 7:05PM. We have 15 tickets reserved at $13 each. Sign up on the bulletin board and we will figure out transportation as we get closer to the date.
COMMUNION – We will celebrate the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper on Sunday, February 25th.
CHOIR – Choir is on Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm-8:00pm and Sunday mornings at 9:30am throughout February, except February 21st and February 28th when there will be no rehearsal.
CLOTHING CLOSET – Will be open each Wednesday in February, from 9:30am-12:00pm, to accept winter items.
LENTEN SERVICE – On Wednesday, February 28th at 7:30pm at the Reformed Church of Oradell. See Pastor Bill for more information.

ONLINE GIVING - We are pleased to announce a convenient new way to make your regular offerings. With our new electronic giving program, you can easily set up a recurring giving schedule or make one-time contributions. At NO COST to you! We encourage you to set up a schedule of recurring contributions. It’s convenient for you and provides much needed consistency for our church. If you are currently giving on a weekly basis, you will no longer need to write out 52 checks a year or prepare 52 envelopes. Even when travel, illness or other circumstances prevent you from attending services, our church will continue to receive your contributions on an uninterrupted basis. To become an electronic giver, contact Roger Knauss or call the church office.
The CENTER FOR FOOD ACTION can always use your help! If you can donate canned or packaged goods, please do so in the boxes located in the foyer and the coffee room.

The CLOTHING CLOSET MINISTRY accepts donations of seasonal clothing any Wednesday between 9:30am and noon. Please click here for more information.

RECYCLE: We have started an Inkjet cartridge recycling program that will benefit the church. If you have used inkjet cartridges to donate, please drop them in the box in the coffee room.
COFFEE HOUR: If you would like to host a time of fellowship following worship, please sign up on the board leading into the coffee room.
