Ramapo Reformed Church

A native of Grand Rapids, MI, Pastor Mary has happily made New Jersey her home for ten years. After 23 years of selling children’s books, Mary followed the Lord’s call into ordained ministry and that call brought her to the Ridgewood Christian Reformed Church in Ridgewood, NJ. In October of 2021, she added the Ramapo Reformed Church to her ministry family. She is passionate about preaching the Grace! of God. 

Pastor Mary has been married to Jim for 38 years. They have three amazing children, two lovely in-laws, and three beautiful grandchildren. They currently live with four young men from China who are studying at the Eastern Christian High School. And they have Roxie – one of the sweetest, calmest dogs you could ever hope to meet.

Pastor Mary enjoys all kinds of music, doing crossword puzzles, and reading for fun. She enjoys talking with people and will go out to eat whenever possible!

Pastor Mary and Jim feel blessed to be part of the Ramapo Reformed Church family and are excited to see where God takes (or keeps) them next.
